FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When should I schedule my session?

You can schedule your session up to (90) days in advance. All I require is a Non-Refundable Session Retainer of $50 to hold your session date. All outdoor sessions, take place during the 2 hours before sunset. Exceptions can be made to this but this lighting is gorgeous and preferred.

How do you take payments?

  • Non-Refundable Session Retainer of $50 is due at booking.
  • Remaining balance of your session fee will be due (2) days before your session via emailed invoice.
  • Digital Images can be purchased through your gallery, you order your collection and anything else directly through there.
  • Payment plans are always available.

What happens if it rains the day of our shoot?

If it rains on the day of your shoot, we can reschedule for another day. Alternatively, we can move your session to an indoor location (with a rental fee) so we don't have to mess with the rain. If it's just a little gloomy, we can often still shoot outdoors without a problem. In fact, cloud coverage makes for some gorgeous photographs.

Can I share the photos on social media?

Of course. I love it when people share my photographs. I just ask that you don't crop out the logo and that you link to the website or social media when possible.

What happens if my child freaks out?

This is a completely normal fear and I get it. Kids are unpredictable and sometimes a temper tantrum is inevitable. When this happens, we will simply take a little break, allow you to calm your child down by talking/feeding/playing and then take the appropriate steps to easing back into the session. I will never force photos or send you on your way. That being said, if You or myself feels as though there is just no recovery, we can reschedule a (20) minute session.

Do you do mini sessions?

Kendra Seiter Photography hosts several mini sessions throughout the year and I'd love to have you sign up for one! I typically do holiday mini sessions, which make for great holiday greeting cards. Stay up to date by subscribing to the email list, checking out the blog on the regular or by "following" along on Facebook and Instagram.
